Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There must be a legitimate reason for a return as most of our item are print on demand meaning they are made JUST for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at dissentwear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at dissentwear@gmail.com. Day or night and as soon as possible we will contact you back. We pride ourselves on customer service and stand by our company which is locally run and grown. We want our customers to come back for more and spread the positive experiences they have had!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want our customers to have a great experience with Dissent Wear. Because we are a print on demand and order on demand company and do not keep product in stock, we trust our chosen printers to send quality products but we do not touch your product in the process. SO if there is an issue, PLEASE contact us, we will contact the printer and solve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) unless there is an actual printing issue or garment issue.... not that you decided you do not want this item any longer..., and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS are generally non returnable. Buying the wrong size does not count as a defect. Items are made by different suppliers who have different policies. Dissent Wear will always try to make you happy and make it right but some things are beyond our control.
Obviously masks are not returnable due to covid restrictions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. SOMETIMES THIS CAN TAKE A FEW BUSINESS DAYS. THAT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
